Interprint Furniture Days: Premiere in Poland

"On focus" Workshop Parallel to the "arena design" Trade Fair in Poznan

Interprint Polska presented its latest décors, world of colours and trend stories, at two simultaneous events to a trade public in Poznan in March 2016. This fourth "arena design" event at the Poznan fair grounds captivated designers, architects and decision-makers in the furniture and wood-products industry. At this well-known design fair, Interprint presented its new "Six Pack", six trendsetting décors with promising market potential. The next highlight was just two minutes' walk away at the Concordia Design Center, where Interprint Polska held its first "Furniture Days" event for customers and interested visitors.

Our décors, trend themes and the extraordinary presentation format persuaded customers so much that many expressed interest in visiting the event next year.

Discovering the Present

Contemporaneity "on focus": the furniture days, dedicated to the meta-trend "time", inspired some 100 visitors to experience more intensively the "here and now". Guests included representatives of 27 companies, trade journalists, architects, designers and emerging furniture design talent.

A high-speed journey through various stages of a day, live storytelling on current décors, structures and colours – these were the success formats at this year's Interprint Furniture Days.

Tradition Renewed

The tried-and-tested rediscovered – Interprint calls this "Reditional". In this spirit, the Concordia Design Center, considered "in place" in Poznan, was the ideal background to the Furniture Days: an old printing works, completely restored in a purist look, a symbiosis of tradition und modernity.

"Visitor feedback on our first Furniture Days was overwhelming," said Sylwia Lasota, Director of Sales and Marketing at Interprint Polska, summing up. "Our décors, trend themes and the extraordinary presentation format persuaded customers so much that many expressed interest in visiting the event next year." Although it has not yet been decided whether Furniture Days 2017 will be held parallel to the "arena design" event, a second workshop event in Poland seems a certainty, thanks to the positive reaction from the market.
