Interprint Exhibited Successfully at the Formobile Trade Fair in Brazil

Impressive Trend Presentations at the Formobile 2012 / Interprint Décors are a Part of the Collections of South American Derived Timber Product Manufacturers

The ‘Formobile’ trade fair took place for the 5th time in Sao Paolo (Brazil) in July. It has developed into an important supplier trade fair of the derived timber product and furniture manufacturing industries in South America during the past few years.

Interprint organized interactive presentations on current developments, décors and trends for its customers in South America at Formobile this year. The creative nature of the presentation, in line with the company’s ‘Inspiring People’ motto, achieved a very good response from the visitors. Lourdes Manzanares, Sales Manager of the Interprint subsidiary in Brazil, is very satisfied with the response at the events: “The concept of a lively and communicative presentation is very well received in a dynamic market like South America. Décors will only be successful with the help of our partners. And such partnership starts with the first presentation.” The exhibited new décors, Ocean Side, Amantea and Xago, were very appealing to the visitors.

A tour of the trade fair showed that many renowned manufacturers use Interprint’s décors and single colours in their collections. The trend towards emphasised naturalness in combination with accentuated single colours was also confirmed in Brazil.

​The look of strong-character wood types is particularly in the focus.

Interprint décors were among the trendsetters in terms of structures and colours for the coming season.

For example, the derived timber product manufacturer Duratex presented the Interprint décors Madera Testera and Picard as well as the metallic effect of Pearl Perfect in a blue colour. Eucatex had an emphasis on Interprint’s Visual Perfect single colours. The Pistachio and Sepia colours were presented “printed as if varnished”. Maribo Oak, Concrete and Mocca Cream were a part of Pertech’s exhibition. Formiline showed the Interprint décor Madera Testera in an elegant dark colour. Last but not least, Swiss Elm, a very successful décor from Interprint, was presented in three different colours by Masisa, among others.

Salvatore Figliuzzi, Interprint’s Marketing and Décor Development Manager, summarized his tour of the trade fair: “At the Formobile trade fair, our décors were among the trendsetters in terms of structures and colours for the coming season. With our Pearl Perfect and Visual Perfect single colours, we also set accents. That makes us very optimistic about the development of these décors in the South American markets.”
