For us, the key thing is creative décor development. Sources of inspiration for good design can be found everywhere. At the outset, real materials play a central role. Timber or stone and creative patterns are digitised for use in décor development. Staff in the repro department create a layout. They precisely align and retouch every detail and separate the design into the various colours. This creates a digital data set for décor printing. This data set forms the basis for engraving the rotogravure printing cylinders that are then used to print the décor onto a special paper.
Our explanatory video shows you the development process from the décor to the finished furniture.
