Our ideas for décor design are as diverse as the materials on which we realise the ideas.
Our high-quality decor papers finish the surfaces of wood-based panels and are real room designers. They determine the atmosphere of residential and business rooms, play a major role in shop outfitting and become strong-character flooring. Wood, stone, creative? - We print the décor paper either in classic rotogravure style or digitally on the worldwide first industrial digital printing system for décor printing.
Pioneer of the Industry: In 2015, we put the worldwide first industrial digital printing system for decorative paper into operation. It particularly shows its strengths when it comes to small-volume production – for example, for property-specific, individual designs or market tests.
Wood, stone or creative decors: Our single-pass ink-jet system prints repeats of more than five metres with a maximum printing width of 1,680 mm. The decorative paper printed with water-based inks can be impregnated as usual and processed with various derived timber products.
Our XELIO finish foil is the proof for how creative the technical realisation of décors can be. The use of different intelligent surface effects gives the décors a deliberately natural effect – from a visual and haptic point of view.
XELIO is produced at our Ozorków location in Poland. The central location ensures a quick supply of customers throughout Europe and the whole world.
Our colleagues at the Samara location in Russia and the Curitiba location in Brazil will be pleased to do that for you. Make use of this 'single source' service because these specialists in impregnation will not let you down. They will supply you with melamine films for chipboards and MDF boards, films for the manufacture of CPL and HPL and films for laminate flooring.
The American colleagues in Pittsfield are the experts in this field. Premeer is an environmentally friendly alternative to PVC films because it is manufactured without formaldehyde. It is also extremely water-repellent and can therefore, unlike décor paper or finish foils, also be used in damp rooms.
Possible usage? As a profile wrapping overlay, for ceiling or wall panels and for bathroom furniture.
