Sales / Sales Process Management

During the first year of my apprenticeship to become an industrial clerk, I spent time in the different departments, for example, Purchasing, Production Planning, Accounts and Sales. The additional dual training for a BA in business administration started in the second year. I found the combination of industrial clerk apprenticeship and business administration studies for a Bachelor of Arts very exciting. In the first part of the dual training, I became familiar with the other departments at Interprint and completed my apprenticeship in Purchasing.





  • That was followed by the project phase at the Administration and Business Academy (VWA). I changed to Sales for that. I initially assisted exclusively in the creation of an international customer database. I then worked in the internal sales department and then assisted in various projects, for example, the founding of our sales office in Spain.

    My job is very varied and offers many opportunities for working with my colleagues worldwide.


After completing my BA studies, I am now working in the Sales Process Management department. My tasks: project support and the optimisation of internal processes at both the Arnsberg location and throughout the group. I also co-ordinate the training of new sales colleagues at other sales offices and give the training at the locations. My job is very varied and offers many opportunities for working with my colleagues worldwide. I really enjoy that.
