Interprint and Glunz have concluded a co-operation agreement for decor development and production

The decor printer Interprint and the wood material manufacturer Glunz will expand their co-operation in decor development and production on a long-term basis. Both companies signed a formal co-operation agreement on 21 November.
“We are pleased to have gained Interprint, one of the industry’s largest and technologically leading décor printers, as a partner”, explained Christian G. Schwarz, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and COO Central Europe of Sonae Indústria. “Interprint and Glunz can complement each other in decor development particularly because both companies have an industry-leading Design Centre, where each has gained valuable knowledge in surface and material development”, confirmed Holger Dzeia, Sales & Marketing Director at Interprint.

After the transaction is finalized, Glunz will close down its printing plant in Horn – Bad Meinberg and begin purchasing décor paper directly from Interprint. A long-term décor development co-operation has also been agreed to.
