The Managing Directors of the international subsidiaries of the Interprint Group met at the Group’s headquarters in Arnsberg (Germany) this week. The executives from the USA, Italy, Poland, Russia, Malaysia and China came to the Sauerland region to discuss current topics of the Group with their colleagues and work out the Group’s strategy for the next five years.

A special challenge awaited the managers on Tuesday: Conquering the climbing parcourse at the Vosswinkel Game Reserve. At the end of the day it was clear that not all the sweating was happening inside meeting rooms!

Michael Nitz, Management Spokesman of Interprint Germany, said: “Our management meetings should not just serve the mere exchange of information – that would also be possible by videoconferencing. Instead, the focus is on the personal encounter, the personal talk and, in doing so, pointing the correct way ahead. I think that the climbing parcourse and the associated physical exercise is not only a nice counterpoise but will also strengthen team spirit beyond national borders, languages and cultures. And as everybody can see, they all enjoyed it very much.”
