Chinese Customers Impressed by “Interprint Day”
Positive Response to Event on the Occasion of WOODMAC in Shanghai


On 21st March 2007, Interprint China welcomed over 150 customers to “IP Day”, an event designed to provide the Chinese market a broader understanding of Interprint’s global presence, an update on recent Interprint technological achievements, and the opportunity for intensive discussions in a unique social setting.

Interprint International’s Managing Director of Sales & Marketing, Holger Dzeia, welcomed the participants to begin the day’s first event, “IN Dialogue”. After relaying the gratitude of Interprint parent, Wrede Industrieholding, Dzeia presented a brief introduction to the Interprint Group, including its history, subsidiaries and worldwide presence. His update on Interprint’s latest technology, laser engraving, captivated those in attendance, and his pledge of Interprint’s continued support of the Chinese market and further expansion was warmly received.

Peter Pan, CEO of Interprint China, followed with an overview of the Chinese subsidiary. He focused on the history of Interprint’s growth in the region and its ambitious plans for further development.

Finally, Michael Meier, Product Manager of Design Development for Interprint Germany, reported on the latest international trends and unveiled Interprint’s newest designs to the very receptive audience.

With the conclusion of “IN Dialogue”, the second portion of “IP Day” began. “Surf.ace” participants were transported to the banks of the Huangpu River, where they boarded a yacht to begin a leisurely journey down the Huangpu. After his welcoming speech, Managing Director of Interprint China, Dr. Xiaodong Sun, hosted the set-sailing ceremony. This was followed by a traditional German dinner and an entertaining revue performed by Interprint China employees.

The combination of valuable information and pleasurable entertainment left a lasting, positive impression with all participants.
