Positive Response to ‘Open House’ Week at Interprint
The ‘Open House’ week organised by Interprint received a very positive response from the company’s customers and business partners.

    
Interprint opened the doors of its new Design Centre each day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., from February 26th through March 2nd 2007. Many visitors took the opportunity to exchange ideas and receive information on new decors, current design trends and innovative technologies in a relaxed atmosphere. The spectrum of the European visitors was broad: from north (Sweden) to south (Italy, Spain) and west (Belgium, France) to east (Poland, Russia, Turkey). Customers from the USA, Korea und Malaysia also found their way to Arnsberg.

Trendboards showing current design trends and decor focal points provided the visitors an orientation to the ‘surface jungle’. Walnut, oak, heartwood and fruitwood, and exotic and creative decors became the focus of lively discussions. Receiving the highest degree of interest during the factory tour was in-house laser engraving. Interprint is the only decor printer worldwide that has an in-house laser engraving facility. After the tour, visitors were brought to the showroom and shown examples of what laser engraving can bring to decor printing: decors with brilliant contrasts, nuance-rich colour changes and three-dimensional depth effect impressively illustrated the potential of this new technology.

Holger Dzeia, Sales & Marketing Director, summed up after the five days: “Our guests were especially impressed by the relaxed and personal atmosphere. It’s confirmation that the new Design Centre is an ideal platform for creative exchange with our partners.“
