Effective immediately, Wrede Industrieholding announces the appointment of Mr. Michael Nitz to the position of Spokesman of the Interprint Group. Mr. Nitz, who has been a member of the Interprint management board since May, 2006, assumes this role from Mr. Klaus-Dieter Mayer, who will, after a long and successful tenure, resign from the management board at the end of this year.

Coinciding with the new position, Mr. Nitz takes on the responsibility for group strategy and the technical division. Additional board-management responsibilities remain unchanged, with Mr. Frank Schumacher for the Finanace, Purchasing, Human Resources and IT divisions and Mr. Holger Dzeia for Sales and Marketing.
