Wrede Industrieholding Reshapes Executive Management at Interprint

Dipl.-Ing. Michael Nitz has been appointed director at Interprint in Arnsberg with effect from 1^st May 2006. After a joint familiarisation phase, Michael Nitz will take over the Engineering and Group Strategy functions for which Mr. Klaus-Dieter Mayer is currently responsible. He will then also become company spokesman.

Mr. Mayer will step down from the management board at the end of 2006 after many year of successful management. After that time, he will make available his knowledge and experience to the company for special projects.

Frank Schumacher will continue to be director responsible for Finance, Purchasing, Personnel and EDP and Holger Dzeia will continue to be director responsible for Sales and Marketing.

Within the scope of the international organisation (INTERPRINT INTERNATIONAL), the directors also have functional responsibility for the subsidiaries of the Interprint Group in the USA, Malaysia, Poland and China.

Michael Nitz is 49 years old and has two sons. He has extensive international experience and was previously responsible for major projects at the banknotes and chipcards manufacturer Giesecke & Devrient in Munich.
